Web Intranet/CRM Architect

Contractual position, based in Montreal – Available now

Report to: Manager Configuration and Maintenance

Purpose: Plan, design, implement and maintain web based customer relationship management interfaces for internal and external use.

Plan and design the evolution of the web architecture used by the product marketing, customer services and production teams (20%);
Clarify and document requirements of the updates and implementations (10%);
Participate in architectural discussions (10%);
Implement web interfaces (50%);
Provide support to the web interfaces users (10%).

The ideal candidate is someone who has done web development for customer portals and production systems. The following experience is required:

4-6 years of experience with web technologies, preferably in an architectural role;
Solid working experience with PHP and MySQL;
Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with business users on web solutions;
Self starter and a team player;
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

Knowledge or experience with the following a plus:

Salary negotiable based on experience and profile.
