	Michel Laurence Executive Chairman Mr. Laurence is a founding member of Octasic. Prior to Octasic,he was VP & GM of the Network Division of Natural MicroSystems (NMS) in Boston. He joined NMS as a result of its acquisition of InnoMediaLogic (IML) which he had founded in 1996 and led as CEO into a thriving multi-million dollar VoP solutions vendor. Prior to this Mr. Laurence held various technical management positions in the telecom industry in the US and Canada. He originally graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada in 1973.		Fabio Gambacorta Vice President, Sales and Business Development Prior to joining Octasic, Mr. Gambacorta served as Director of Business Development, New Network Access at NMS Communications and Director of Sales at InnoMedialogic. He draws upon his extensive experience in the telecommunications and electronics industries to guide Octasic's corporate strategy, sales, and business development initiatives. He holds a BSEE from the Polytechnique University of Montreal and a MBA from Cornell/Queens.
	Lucie Gélinas, CA Vice President of Finance, Administration and HR Previously CFO and Vice President with high-tech private and public companies, and senior auditor KPMG. Ms. Gélinas is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from HEC University in Montreal.		Doug Morrissey Vice President & Chief Technology Officer Mr. Morrissey has over 15 years of experience in the definition and marketing of semiconductor devices. He strategically focuses on issues with regards to the technical evolution of future Octasic products. Prior to joining Octasic, Mr. Morrissey worked as Marketing Manager for ATM and DSL products for Agere (formerly Lucent Technologies). He holds a BSc from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
	Emmanuel Gresset Vice President Software Defined Radio For the last 15 years, Mr. Gresset has been with systems and semiconductor companies working in the fields of signal processing, wireless modems as well as processor and system-on-a-chip architecture. Prior to joining Octasic, he was the Director of Strategic Development of the Wireless Infrastructure Division of STMicroelectronics, in charge of 3+G BTS baseband system and software developments. He received his MEng from the Ecole Supérieure d'Electricité in Paris.		Francois Morel Director of Engineering, Software Mr. Morel has over 20 years of experience in the design of telecom and datacom systems, including performing architecture, development and management tasks. Prior to Octasic. He was the Director of Engineering for a start-up high-tech company. He holds a BSc from the University of Sherbrooke.
