Integration Support
Through this program Octasic engineers will help your team design products around the Octasic devices.
Design Services
Octasic can also develop custom or compatible boards, FPGA or glue logic for voice processors, to meet your specific needs. Leveraging Octasic's extensive design expertise will ensure better time-to-market and interoperability for your products.
Annual Support Contracts
These programs are offered to equipment manufacturers that are shipping to customers and are looking to ensure an efficient response time when problems arise. Benchmarks for response time, escalation, workaround and resolution differ for each program, granting you the opportunity to select the best fit for your particular needs.
Scheduled On-site Support
For field trials, an Octasic Support Engineer is available upon scheduling.
Scheduled on-site support is an ad-hoc program for customers already subscribed to an Annual Support Contract Program for various support efforts, such as integration, voice quality lab certification or voice quality consulting.
